Do I need an appointment?

It helps us get you in faster. Call or book online — same-week slots are usually available, and members get priority scheduling.

How long does an oil change take?

Most oil & fluid services take about 45–60 minutes with an appointment, including a free fault-code scan.

Do you work on my car?

We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and MINI, and service other European makes too. Don't see your brand? Just ask.

Is the work under warranty?

Yes — every repair is backed by our 24-month / 20,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. Ask us about financing options for larger repairs.

Do you offer a loaner or shuttle?

Ask when you book — we'll let you know what's available for your appointment and repair.

Will you fix anything without asking me?

Never. You get a clear written estimate and a phone call first — nothing is repaired until you approve it.
