These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website euro-auto-works.com and to the automotive repair and maintenance services provided by Euro Auto Works LLC. By using this website or having us work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

We are an independent European vehicle repair facility. We are not a dealership and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any vehicle manufacturer.

Using This Website

This site is provided for information and to let you request service. Content such as service descriptions, blog articles and maintenance guidance is general information about European vehicles — it is not a diagnosis of your specific car. Only an in-person inspection can tell you what your vehicle actually needs.

Please do not use this site to submit false information, to submit someone else's personal details without their permission, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Estimates, Approval & Authorization

This is the part we care about most, and it is a promise we make on every page of this site: nothing gets fixed without your OK.

We inspect or diagnose your vehicle first, then contact you with what we found.
You receive an estimate before any repair work begins.
We do not perform additional work beyond what you approved. If we find something else while the car is open, we stop and call you.
If the job turns out to require more than the estimate, we contact you for approval before continuing.

Estimates are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection and on parts availability and pricing at that time. Prices quoted on this website (including any "from" or "& up" pricing) are starting points that vary by make, model, year and engine.

Pricing & Payment

Payment is due when you pick up the vehicle unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay in person. We do not take payment through this website and we never ask for card details by form, email or text.

Appointments & Cancellations

Booking through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm by phone. See our Cancellations & Refunds page for how to change or cancel, and how refunds work.

Repair Warranty

Qualifying repairs carry our 24-month / 20,000-mile warranty. What is covered, what is excluded and how to make a claim are set out in full on our Warranty Policy page.

Promotions & Offers

Any promotion shown on this site is subject to these conditions unless the offer says otherwise:

Mention the offer when you book — it cannot be applied after the invoice is closed.
One offer per visit. Offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount.
Offers apply to standard retail service only, not to insurance work or fleet accounts.
"New customer" offers apply to first-time customers only, one per household or vehicle owner.
We may change or end a promotion at any time. Work already booked at a promoted price is honored.

No Subscriptions, Memberships or Recurring Billing

We do not sell memberships, subscriptions, service contracts, extended warranties or any product that charges you on a recurring basis. We are a repair shop: you pay once, per visit, for the work you approved. Nothing on this site enrolls you in anything that renews.

Financing

We offer pay-over-time options through third-party providers (Affirm, Klarna and Sunbit). Euro Auto Works is not a lender and does not issue credit. All applications, approvals, rates, payment schedules and terms are set and handled entirely by the financing provider, not by us.

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the provider's own criteria.
The rates, fees and terms you receive depend on your application and are disclosed to you by the provider before you accept.
Whether an application involves a soft or hard credit inquiry is determined by the provider.
Your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Questions about a balance, payment or account go to them.

Parts & Manufacturer Names

We use OEM and quality OE-equivalent parts as described in your estimate. Manufacturer names, logos and model designations (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the vehicles we service. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers.

Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews shown on this site come from real customers. Individual experiences vary, and a particular result, turnaround time or price described in a review is not a promise of the same outcome for your vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our work through the warranty described on our Warranty Policy page. To the fullest extent allowed by Virginia law, our liability for any claim connected to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost wages, rental car costs or missed appointments. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under Virginia consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version in effect when you approve a repair is the version that applies to that repair.
