The Short Version
If we repair something and that same repair fails within 24 months or 20,000 miles
— whichever comes first — we fix it again at no charge to you for the parts we supplied
and the labor we performed.
What Is Covered
- The parts we supplied for the repair, against defects and premature failure.
- The labor we performed to install them.
- Coverage runs from the date on your invoice, for 24 months or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- Coverage applies to the vehicle we worked on, identified by the VIN on your invoice.
What Is Not Covered
A warranty that claimed to cover everything would not be honest, so here is the real list:
- Normal wear items consumed in use — brake pads and rotors, wiper blades,
filters, fluids, tires, bulbs, batteries and clutch friction material — except where the part
itself is defective.
- Maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes and alignments, which are
consumed when performed.
- Parts you supplied or asked us to install against our recommendation. We warrant
our labor on those, but not the part.
- A different failure than the one we repaired, even in the same system or nearby
component.
- Damage from collision, abuse, racing, off-road use, flood, fire, theft or vandalism.
- Damage from continuing to drive after a warning light, leak, overheat or noise
appeared, where that made the failure worse.
- Failures caused by skipped maintenance or by work another shop performed on the
same system after our repair.
- Modified or tuned vehicles where the modification contributed to the failure.
- Consequential costs — towing to another shop, rental cars, lost wages, missed appointments —
unless we agree to them in advance in writing.
Conditions
- Keep your invoice. It is your proof of coverage and it records the VIN, date and mileage.
- Bring the vehicle to us first. We need to inspect the failure before any repair is authorized.
Work done elsewhere without our written approval is not reimbursed.
- Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for the vehicle.
- The warranty covers the vehicle and does not transfer to a new owner.
- The remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the covered failure. Refunds are
handled under our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
How to Make a Claim
- Call us at (540) 768-0335 as soon as you notice the problem.
Continuing to drive can turn a covered failure into an excluded one.
- Have your invoice number and current mileage ready.
- Bring the vehicle in so we can inspect it. Diagnosis of a warranty claim is free.
- If the failure is covered, we repair it at no charge to you and confirm that in writing.
- If it turns out not to be covered, we tell you why before doing anything, and you decide
whether to have us repair it. Nothing gets fixed without your OK — that applies
to warranty visits too.
Your Rights
This warranty is provided by Euro Auto Works LLC and is in addition to — not instead of —
the rights you have under Virginia law and any remaining manufacturer or extended warranty on your
vehicle. It does not affect any coverage you hold with your manufacturer or a third-party contract.
Questions Before You Commit
If you want to know whether a specific job will carry the warranty, ask us before we start.
We will tell you plainly and put it on the estimate.
